Are you getting bored with your daily routine, and looking for some fun activities to add excitement to your active senior lifestyle?  Did you know that there is probably a senior citizen center near you that offers activities such as art classes, picnics, luncheons, trips and tours, and more?  You should have no problem finding a senior citizen center near you, with our handy senior resource guide.

Once you locate your local senior citizen center, you can start signing up for activities like day trips to museums, low impact yoga and fitness classes, swimming exercise courses (where pool available) and games like bridge, shuffleboard, and bingo.  There are guest speakers, specialized topic senior clubs, and more to add fun to your day.

No matter whether you live in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Boston, San Diego, or Phoenix, there is probably more than one senior citizen center near you. Local non-profit groups run some locations, while your local parks and recreation department run others.  If you don’t have a center in your area, why not find other active seniors and start one?
